Launching of the Suzuki Belang R150

Suzuki Malaysia Assemblers Sdn Bhd recently had a soft launching of their Belang R150, an under bone with a 4-stroke 150cc engine. What!!!!!!! a “kap cai” with such a powerful engine. When I first saw it in their sales pamphlet, the first thing that came to my mind was the cartoon Power Rangers. Some area of it gave an outline that resembles those TV Super Hero characters. I told myself that I need to take some pictures of it. After some calls and arrangement with the company, I was finally allow to take the photos of the motorcycle at their Penang Mainland showroom.

Here are some of the shoots from different angles that one would not normally get to see from a sales pamphlet.

The oil pipes are there to transfer the vital oil coolant into the cylinder to keep the engine cool from the heat generated from the 150cc vibrant engine.

Nicholas Teo in Bukit Bintang, Kuala Lumpur

During one of my shopping trip in Bukit Bintang, I saw Nicholas Teo (張棟樑) while he was shooting the new movie, Ice Kacang Puppy Love. I am happy seeing him at such a near distance.

This movie cast many Malaysia’s best known Taiwan based artistes and I am looking forward to the release of the movie.

Bread Seller on Two Wheels

There are quite a number of bread sellers on wheels padding around town selling all kinds of bread, buns and tidbits. They buy the bread from the manufacturer and gain some profit selling it to the people.

There are many household that are fond of getting their daily supply of bread from them as it is very convenient.

Kuala Sepetang near Taiping

We took a drive from Taiping to the small town of Kuala Sepetang (Port Weld) recently to try out the seafood. Our lunch was at Restaurant Tepi Sungai which perched out to the river. It is located on the first floor of the building while the ground floor is the docking area for the fishing boats.

Here are some of the photos taken of its surroundings.

One can have a good view of the scenery of the river, the jetties, the fishing villages and the fishing boats. The river is busy with activities with the boats plying up and down with the catch.
